How can I find out more about the tutors?
Each tutor has a section on the website, which will give you more information however, we would also be happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have if you call us on 01753 656168
I’m not sure if I have the right equipment, can you tell me what I need to bring?
2 weeks before the course start date we will send out a full list of recommended equipment. It is ideal for you to have this equipment as these are often items you will need in your kit and it is also good for you to practise with your own equipment. We do understand that it is not always possible to bring everything on the list so we also provide spares on every course.
Will I receive a certificate / qualification on completion of this course?
You will receive a certificate upon completion of your course, which will be signed by the tutor and the CEO of Creative Media Skills. We are also in the process of accrediting our courses i,n which case, you will leave with a formal qualification.

What is your cancellation policy?
We try to be as flexible as possible as we understand the changing nature of the industry. If you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to the course start date you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, within 4 weeks of the course start date, we will have already purchased materials/equipment so your course fee will be non refundable, however, we will be happy to book you on to another course date to avoid you losing your money.
As all of our tutors are working professionals CMS reserves the right to amend or cancel any course, course times, dates or published prices. Changes to course prices, times and dates will be advised before the course start date and any course already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price. As a course may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to its start date, we recommend that delegates do not make travel arrangements before this time. Any travel costs incurred are entirely the delegate’s responsibility. CMS does not accept any liability for reimbursement of travel costs.
In the event of changing the tutor, he or she will always be of the same level as the original tutor and therefore we cannot make any refunds based on this change.

Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes, we can set up a ‘Pay in 3’ plan where you can pay the course fee in three monthly instalments. This only applies for 4 week courses and there is a 20% interest fee to set it up.

How many courses do I need to complete?
We have designed our courses at different levels so you can pick and chose to attend whichever specific areas you need to work on and also progress to the next level if you wish. There is no recommended set number of courses as this is up to you; we can however offer advice on a course plan to get you where you want to be if you wish.

I have a loyalty card and would like to claim my discount / my free course, how can I do this?
Loyalty cards can be redeemed when booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to specify which course you would like to attend. You can use your 25% discount against any 1,2,3,4 or 5 day course subject to availability. You can claim your free course for any 1,2,3,4 or 5 day course subject to availability. Please note: any courses that are longer than 5 days cannot be redeemed using these offers.
How do I apply to be a model?
You can apply via our website or by emailing models@creative-media-skills.
I am a model, do I need to bring anything?
You must bring photo ID to gain entry to the studio but you are not required to bring anything for the actual course. If you would like to bring along a change of outfit for your photos then please feel free!
How long after the course will I receive my photos?
You will be sent a link to your photos within two weeks of the course end date.
