‘Practise must be informed by theory to enable a greater understanding and awareness of the art form. Performing arts training is more than a skillset for the industry, it’s about everyday life skills – communication, self-esteem, social skills. Presence and confidence is more than just the words you use; it is developing self-awareness, essential in adapting to the moment, by working on the physicality of communication from body language to energy and all other non-verbal communication skills. Creative Beginnings is about promoting creativity in an atmosphere of love and friendship.’
